We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or reservation services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
All room reservations are subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from our reservations team. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our sole discretion.
Guests must submit proof of payment within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation, using their reservation reference number. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. All transaction fees, processing charges, or bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.
We offer flexible payment options including pay-at-hotel arrangements for select bookings. Terms for such arrangements will be specified at the time of booking.
Standard check-in time is early afternoon and check-out is late morning, as per current property policy. Early arrivals are welcome subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests requesting early check-in are advised to contact us in advance.
Early departures must be communicated to the Front Office. Charges equivalent to the booked rate plan may still apply for the remaining nights, depending on the rate plan selected.
Cancellations and date modifications are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Missing your confirmed arrival date without prior notice may trigger full penalty charges equivalent to the entire booking value.
Mandarin Orchid Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking under the following circumstances:
In such cases, we will notify the guest as soon as reasonably practicable and, where applicable, process any eligible refunds per our Refund Policy.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their stay. The resort reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or in violation of property rules, without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay. The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Valuables should be kept secure at all times.
Organisations permitted to link to the Mandarin Orchid Resort website include government agencies, search engines, news organisations, and online directory services, provided such links are not misleading and fairly represent the resort. Nonprofits, charitable organisations, and unknown third parties require prior written approval before linking.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Mandarin Orchid Resort and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without express written permission is prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
