What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in generally begins in the early afternoon, and check-out is scheduled for late morning. Specific timings follow property policy. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests in their rooms as well as all common areas across the property. The connection is reliable and suitable for both leisure browsing and remote work.
Is parking available at the resort?
On-site parking is available at the resort. Each villa has dedicated parking space. Charges and space availability may vary based on the property policy. Please inform us in advance if you are arriving with multiple vehicles.

Who is the resort suitable for?
Mandarin Orchid is designed to welcome everyone — families, couples, solo travellers, and corporate guests. Our villa layout makes us especially suited for families and groups, as each villa provides private space while shared outdoor areas allow for gathering together comfortably.
Are pets allowed at the resort?
Pet allowance is subject to the property's current pet policy. Please contact us directly before booking if you intend to bring a pet, so we can advise you accordingly and make any necessary arrangements.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and cash. Digital wallet options may also be available. We also offer flexible pay-at-hotel arrangements — you can book now and pay at check-in, subject to our booking terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in qualify for a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations 24–48 hours before incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.
Are group and corporate bookings available?

Yes. Kotagiri town is within easy reach and offers restaurants, local markets, tourist attractions, and public transport. The resort itself also provides in-room dining through room service and has dining areas for group meals.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

How do I submit proof of payment?
